RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
All Gift Cards, cosmetic and skin care product purchases are final.
All apparel and accessories may be exchanged for a different size within 30 days of purchase.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
If you need to exchange for a different size, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and send your item to: 901 Union Street Manchester New Hampshire US 03104. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

We ship via USPS for all domestic packages.
$5 flat fee for domestic, all states within the USA
Orders will ship within 2 business days of receiving your order. You will receive an email confirmation upon shipping with a tracking number. Once the package is in the shipping carriers possession they are responsible for delivery.
